Good wishes and Call for Papers for the Hague Yearbook of International Law

Dear Readers,

First of all, happy New Year to all of you!

We thank you for the interest of our work and hope that you will be following our news also in 2015. The new year will be an significant one for nuclear disarmament. Important meetings, such as the NPT Review Conference, will be held and historical events commemorated, in particular the 70th anniversary of the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki (August). SAFNA will report and comment on this homepage on the most important developments.

On another note, for the more academic readers, we want to draw the attention to this call for papers for the Hague Yearbook of Internationanl Law. Articles can be submitted in English and French and until 1st of March 2015. We are of the opinion that articles on arms control and disarmament would fit very well into this journal. It is nevertheless far from being restricted to this area of international law and accepts submissions dealing with public international law, european law, private international law, european law, etc.
